Pro-Mag™ Ultra Reusable Automatic Biopsy Instrument is a reusable device that utilizes disposable needles to harvest high quality histological specimens. The new generation Pro-Mag Ultra Dual Trigger Automatic Biopsy System, incorporates a new biopsy needle design that provides you with a true 19mm sampling notch on ALL sizes of needles. This means on your 16G or 18G Core Biopsy Needles, you will effectively be providing Pathology with 2 mm’s of additional tissue per pass.
On a typical Breast or Prostate Core Biopsy Procedure incorporating 8-10 passes; you are looking at 1.5 + centimetres of additional tissue.

• Each instrument has an echogenic tip for accurate placement under ultrasound guidance
• Needles are color coded for easy gauge size determination, which can be seen through the window on the bottom of the device
• Tru-Core™ II URO Automatic Biopsy Instruments are longer (20cm and 25cm) and have the sample notch on the opposite side of the needle vs the regular Tru-Core II needles. This allows for the operator to position the needle with less manipulation in order to obtain the sample.

SuperCore™ Semi-Automatic Biopsy Instrument is a lightweight, adjustable and easily maneuverable biopsy instrument. After setting the cutting cannula spring, the SuperCore™ Instrument may be operated with one hand, leaving the other hand free to manipulate a guidance device; i.e. an ultrasound probe. Available from 14G to 20G and 6, 9, 15 and 20cm.
